What makes our smoked barbeque so special and fall-off-the-bone delicious?

  • Firstly, all of the BBQ selections listed below are slow-smoked for many hours in our outdoor, custom-made, wood only smokers.
  • Secondly, we use exclusively local Black Oak Hardwood to produce these complex flavors and the ultra tenderness of the meats.
  • Thirdly, and perhaps most importantly, unlike most chains and fast-food type barbeque houses, we do not pre-sauce your meat and hope our choice of sauce suits your individual taste -- instead, we bring it to you with its original "pure" smoked flavor.
  • Then, if you like, you can add one of our three available sauces - either hot, medium or mild - but you just might find these succulent offerings to be perfect the way they are.
